J.C. Hart's 3 Latest Developments
J.C. Hart Company has closed on 3 construction loans since December, 2021. Site work has already begun on The Edge, situated on the edge of Carmel and Indianapolis, located at the southeast corner of 96th Street and Westfield Blvd. The Edge will be made up of 376 apartment homes, a large pool, workout center, tuck-under garage spaces, raised garden beds, outdoor seating and grilling area, unique co-working spaces withing the community, and direct access to the 27-mile-long Monon Trail. The Edge will include studio, 1-, 2-, & 3-bedroom apartment homes.
Wheelhouse Apartments is a luxury apartment community located in Westfield, IN, just north of SR-32 along the Monon Trail, and south of Grand Park. This development will consist of an attractive mix of 214 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. The units will boast upscale finishes in a variety of floorplans to suit residents’ needs and desires. A total of 7 buildings will be situated on nearly 8 acres of the Wheeler Landing PUD District. Included within those 7 buildings will be attached, tuck-under individual garage spaces for convenience.
