Comprehensive Health Plans
We offer comprehensive and affordable health plans including major medical, dental, and vision. In addition to affordable insurance rates, J.C. Hart offers a Premium Reduction Plan that can reduce medical premiums up to $50 per month for those that participate in the wellness program. On average, J.C. Hart covers 75% of Associate medical premiums!
Retirement Planning and 401(k)
Help secure your future with retirement planning and access to a 401(k) plan. J.C. Hart matches deferrals up to 8%. Associates also have access to our 401(k) Advisor for free and personalized coaching sessions.
Paid Time Off
Every Associate is eligible for paid time off, starting with 3 weeks. Each Associate is given their birthday as a paid holiday, in addition to 9 other paid holidays, as well as 2 Wellness Days. Paid time off is also available for volunteer service in the community.

Associate Rent Discount
Each regular J.C. Hart Associate (full and part time) is eligible for a 40% apartment rent discount.
Educational Allowance
J.C. Hart recognizes an Associate's desire to continue his or her education of our industy. Each J.C. Hart Associate may qualify for continuing education and tuition reimbursement up to $3,000.
Employee Assistance Program
J.C. Hart partners with Lincoln and ComPsych for our Employee Assistance Program. Through this EAP, our Associates and their households are offered six free counseling sessions per issue, per year. Financial, legal, and work-life resources are also available through the program, including one free legal consultation per issue, unlimited access to a ComPsych financial expert, and unlimited referrals for various issues such as childcare, eldercare, tax assistance, and education.
