J.C. Hart Wellness Fair

J.C. Hart Company is proud to offer our Associates a robust wellness program that addresses their physical, mental, and financial wellness. A major component of our wellness program is our Annual Wellness Fair which is held every November. This year’s Wellness Fair included two major components: biometric screenings and a vendor fair.

The biometric screenings are designed to provide our Associates with a convenient (and free) opportunity to receive their routine bloodwork. The biometric screenings are a great way for our Associates to measure their health over time, prevent diseases before they occur, or detect them early on when they are easier to treat. We’ve seen a great deal of success with the biometric screening program over the years, and we’ve had several Associates whose biometric screening helped them detect serious health conditions early-on, allowing them to seek treatment!

This year’s vendor fair consisted of 13 different vendors ranging from tobacco cessation, mental wellness, financial wellness, fitness clubs, our Employee Assistance Program, nutrition counseling, clean eating and volunteering! Our vendors offered resources and education in addition to raffle prizes such as gift cards, activity tracking devices, and more! This year’s wellness fair also included free flu shots, chair massages, and a breakfast oatmeal bar.

We are so fortunate that we have the opportunity to offer an event focused solely on the mental, physical and financial wellness of our Associates, and we are already looking forward to next year’s Wellness Fair!
