J.C. Hart Celebrates Three Wins at the 2026 Midwest Multifamily Conference
It was an exciting two days for J.C. Hart at the 2026 Indiana Apartment Association (IAA) Midwest Multifamily Conference (MMC)!
Ninety-two J.C. Hart Associates attended this year's conference, joining multifamily professionals from across Indiana for two days of learning, networking, and exploring new ideas and trends in the apartment industry.
Throughout the conference, our Associates participated in educational sessions, connected with industry partners, and explored products and services that support the work we do every day. It was a great opportunity to share experiences, gain new perspectives, and bring fresh ideas back to our communities.
Three Awards, Plenty to Celebrate!
The conference concluded with the MMC Awards Dinner on Friday, October 16, where J.C. Hart had plenty of reasons to celebrate, bringing home three awards!

We also celebrate Bill Phillips, finalist for Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, and Allison Bursley, finalist for Assistant Property Manager of the Year. Being recognized among talented professionals throughout Indiana's multifamily industry is an accomplishment in itself.
