Heart in Action: J.C. Hart Teams Up for Community & Connection

At J.C. Hart, our commitment to "building" goes beyond just apartment homes—it’s about building up our community and the people within it. This past week was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we bring our collective energy to a great cause. From packing meals to knocking down pins, our teams showed up with heart and a whole lot of spirit!

Last week, we headed to the floor of Gainbridge Fieldhouse for the Million Meal Movement. As a Bronze Sponsor, J.C. Hart was proud to support this incredible program dedicated to feeding the hungry in Indiana.

The atmosphere in the arena was energizing, with DJ Mystro providing a great soundtrack that kept everyone motivated. Rather than just a volunteer shift, it was an opportunity to see the scale of this mission firsthand. Our team worked together to contribute to the thousands of meals packed that day, knowing that each one helps provide much-needed nutrition to families across the state.

We kept that momentum going at Woodland Bowl for the IAA Bowling for Rebuilding Lives event.

This foundation has been a critical resource since 2009, when it was established to help residents and apartment communities recover from natural disasters. Because we work in housing, we’ve seen firsthand how much that support matters when the unexpected hits.

The competition was fun, but the highlight was seeing our team’s energy. We walked away with the Best Team Spirit Trophy! It was great to see everyone out there having a good time, cheering each other on, and representing J.C. Hart so well.
