J.C. Hart Takes 2nd on trueU Leaderboard & Honors United Way

What a way to close out the year.

Last week, the J.C. Hart team attended the trueU Year-End Celebration, and we are incredibly proud to announce that we placed 2nd on the trueU Leaderboard.

trueU is an organization focused entirely on leadership training and personal growth to help employees bring their best selves to work.

This achievement represents a massive leap for our organization. Just last year, we were sitting in 10th place. Climbing to 2nd is a testament to the intentional work we have done to prioritize our culture and development over the last 12 months.

During the event, we had the privilege of hearing from Fred Payne, President & CEO of the United Way of Central Indiana. He spoke on how internal culture drives the way we serve others externally. His words resonated deeply with us, especially considering our next step.

As part of our recognition, we were awarded a $1,000 charitable donation. In celebration of our "Sweet 16"—marking 16 years of partnership with the United Way of Central Indiana—we chose to gift that donation directly back to them.

This award belongs to our Associates. It is a direct result of their commitment to personal growth and their willingness to pour back into themselves and each other throughout the year. We look forward to continuing our partnership with trueU as we head into 2026.
