TrueU Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)
In May, Olivia Williams completed TrueU’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). Over three months and 42 hours of intensive leadership development, Olivia grew in self-awareness, authentic leadership, and learning how to effectively influence others—regardless of title. Her dedication to growth is inspiring, and we’re excited to see how she continues to put these skills into practice across our communities.
TrueU Leader In Training (LIT) Program
In June, Malachi Johnson, Jesse Emrich, Chris Williams, and Kevin Kalinke completed the Leader In Training (LIT) Program, a three-month, 42-hour experience focused on strengthening leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Their hard work and dedication were recognized in a big way:
Team 6, featuring Malachi Johnson and Chris Williams, earned “Best Presentation of Class Concepts.”
Team 5, with Jesse Emrich and Kevin Kalinke, took home “Best Overall Capstone” for their final group project tackling a real-world leadership challenge.
Their achievements reflect their commitment to personal development and to setting a high standard for our team.
Why It Matters
Programs like TrueU are more than professional development—they’re about building stronger teams, enhancing the service we provide to residents, and reinforcing our commitment to creating a workplace where every Associate has the opportunity to thrive.
Olivia, Malachi, Jesse, Chris, and Kevin have all demonstrated exceptional commitment to their growth and to J.C. Hart’s values. We’re excited to see how each of them continues to lead, inspire, and make an impact across our communities.
