A time was had at our JCH Wellness Fair!

From a healthy breakfast to Zumba that got everybody moving — plus great conversations with our wellness partners — it was a full and fun day of feeling good together.

This year’s Wellness Fair was hosted at our Lakeside Apartments community, and it was a perfect setting for Associates to pause, reset, and take care of themselves.

In addition to the free Biometric Screening, J.C. Hart also covered FREE flu shots for all Associates who wanted one.

And one of the highlights — we were excited to have Kristen Heath, a resident from one of our JCH communities, lead a fun, high-energy Zumba class. She definitely brought the vibes!
