A Little Time for Wellness at J.C. Hart

This past Tuesday, J.C. Hart hosted our 2026 Wellness Fair, bringing Associates together for a morning focused on health and wellness.

Throughout the morning, Associates had the opportunity to receive biometric screenings and flu shots, explore wellness resources, and connect with a variety of participating vendors. Among those joining us were CCA, Shepherd Financial, StretchLab, and Ace Performance.

Darrius from Ace Performance led three yoga sessions, giving Associates an opportunity to get moving and try something different.

Health and wellness mean different things to different people. That's why having access to a variety of resources matters. From physical health and preventive care to financial wellness, the fair offered information and services Associates could use beyond the event itself.

Events like our Wellness Fair are one of the ways J.C. Hart continues to invest in the health and well-being of our Associates.
