Summer Shinin-Hawaiian Star Awards
On a sunny July 19th afternoon in downtown Indianapolis, J.C. Hart held its Annual Summer Shining Star Awards at the Mavris Arts and Event Center. Pineapples, leis, and exotic flower centerpieces helped set the stage for the Hawaiian-themed event (“Summer Shinin’-Hawaiian Star Awards!”). J.C. Hart Associates gathered to celebrate those recognized for outstanding achievement in the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2022, highlighting their hard work and commitment to their craft. Associates hired since J.C. Hart’s last all-company gathering in March were introduced, and quarterly awards were given in 8 different job categories, along with the Enjoyable Experience award for the top community teams. Those receiving awards are outstanding team players and leaders, working to help J.C. Hart reach its goals and priorities as a company.
The hour-long awards program was followed by a couple of hours of social time for Associates to relax, listen to the Hawaiian-themed “chill” music, and enjoy the delicious food prepared by the Mavris staff. As the date of the event also coincided with J.C. Hart’s CEO – Charlie Kurtz’s birthday, there was also a delicious cake to enjoy. It is always enjoyable when we get together as one J.C. Hart family to share great achievements, special moments, and a few laughs.
