Indy Pride with Penrose on Mass

One of the perks of having a property on Mass Ave is that we can take advantage of all the exciting events that occur in Downtown Indianapolis. J.C. Hart is a proud supporter of Indy Pride, and our team had a blast at the Indy Pride Parade on June 11, 2022.

Complete with rainbow décor, grazing tables, and the best views, Penrose on Mass Ave was able to host a Penthouse Party for their Residents to utilize during the Pride celebrations! A huge shout out to AT&T for helping us sponsor our event! Throughout the day Penrose Residents were in and out of the Penthouse, taking pictures at our selfie station, mingling with their neighbors, and cheering on the parade participants. The wrap-around balcony also provided a fantastic view of the parade that included bands, dancing, and many more engaging floats. On the ground our team was enthusiastically handing out Penrose Pride freebies. Rainbow flags, koozies, and frisbees could be seen lining the Indianapolis Pride Parade route, and the free gifts were a huge hit among the crowd.
