Continuum Grand Opening

In early October J.C. Hart celebrated the grand opening of our community in West Lafayette – Continuum – along with our partners on this project; Browning Investments and Purdue Research Foundation, who were there to share in the celebration as well. Continuum is located in the Purdue Research Park, right on the edge of the Purdue campus. The Greater Lafayette Chamber was there to officially welcome us to the City, as well as city and state representatives. The Continuum Team (Kat Marin, Katelyn Fout, Laura Starnes, Faith Marko, Bill Phillips, Chris Suggs, and Rich Green) had the place looking fabulous, and were lauded for achieving the fastest lease-up in J.C. Hart history, with leasing commencing essentially at the beginning of the year, and being 100% occupied by the start of the school year in August. Congratulations, one and all!
